• All items sold are made of glass and should be handled with caution.

• Glass artwork may have sharp edges, points, or surfaces that could cut you or can break or chip if dropped or mishandled.

• These items are not toys and are not intended for children or pets.

 

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing or handling this glass artwork, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The artist/vendor is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, handling, display, or breakage of the artwork.

•  Once the artwork has been purchased, all responsibility for safe transport, handling, and installation lies solely with the buyer.

• In no event shall the artist/vendor be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use or misuse of the artwork.

 

Care Instructions

• Display in a stable, secure location away from high-traffic areas.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excessive pressure.

• If placed in a window, know that the resin will yellow over time.
